This morning, August 15th, Brand New announced a new headlining tour along with vinyl pre-orders for their 5th studio album. In less than an hour, pre-orders are SOLD OUT! Maybe it was just the hype and mystery but people went crazy when they got word of it. Along with the announcement they’ll be disbanding in 2018, their fan base is wanting anything they can get their hands on. Along with that they also announced a short fun of some of the US and other foreign shows.
It also says they’ll be having special guests along with them at these select dates so we’ll have to wait and see who Brand New announces in the upcoming weeks. If you were one of the lucky ones who was able to get a pre-order, you will have the chance to hear the album around October time. However, if you were in the majority of those who were just late, we’ll have to wait and see what this new fifth album will be. Brand New are also notorious for putting off things, whether it was the taste we got of I Am A Nightmare we got last year or Mene in 2015. Needless to say, I’m excited to see how this brand new Brand New album will hold up with the rest of their discography.
